If you have a ticket to the championship, you can enter any other entrance and just head over to the spectator course area at 12:30 pm.
If you do not have a ticket to the event, you can only come in the Ivy Street entrance no earlier than 11:30 am.
Please join us on the beautiful Winthrop University campus on Saturday, October 8th, for Throw Pink's 9th event in conjunction with the United States Disc Golf Championship and the Throw Pink Women's Disc Golf Championship.
Women and girls of all skill levels are welcome!
It all starts with a disc golf instructional clinic at 1 pm that will get new players on their feet and refine the skills of those that have played before. Then, a casual round will follow on a beginner-friendly temporary course (last year's spectator course on the traditional golf course) designed by Andrew Duvall, the current USDGC and TPWDGC course designer.
The $30 fee includes:
- A fun clinic
- A round of disc golf,
- Sweet Throw Pink merchandise
- A charitable donation
If you don't have discs, that's not a problem. There will be plenty available to use during the event. Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
Pre-registration is required to attend. We will not be able to take on-site registration this year. Please arrive 30 minutes before 1 pm to pick up your player pack so we can kick off the event promptly at 1 pm.
