About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a USDGC Doubles qualifier. 2 rounds at Winding Pines Disc Golf Course at Lynches River County Park. The course is open and playable but there are still improvements coming. There is currently no bathroom on site, we will have a portable bathroom during the event.
Format – Best Shot
This event uses a best shot or captains choice doubles format. Both players play from the tee on every hole. After every shot both players choose their preferred lie out of the two shots. Both players then play from the same preferred lie.
Layouts
Round 1:
MPO and MA1: Long tee to Long baskets (Yellow)
All other divisions: Short tee to Short basket (Blue)
Round 2:
All Divisions: Short tee to Short basket (Blue)
MA1 and MA2
1-5 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
6-10 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
11+ Teams = 3 Teams qualify
FA1, FA2, FA40, MA40
1-3 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
4-7 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
8+ Teams – 3 Teams qualify
All Pro divisions are not eligible for USDGC Doubles
