Third Coast Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations, and we will at a minimum follow the PDGA policy.
To withdraw, you MUST contact the TD, preferably by filling out the refund request on DiscGolfScene. Alternatively, email [email redacted]. Full refunds might not be given, following PDGA cancellation policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103.
Full refunds are only guaranteed if the player's spot is filled. (This means a refund decision may not come until after the tournament date.) Otherwise:
30 days: Full refund
15-29 days: 50% refund.
14 days: 25% refund.
