Chandlee Events LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refund policy matches PDGA refund policy.
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event prior to 9/3/2025 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between 9/4/2025 and 9/18/2025 will receive a 50% refund (minus a $10 handling fee). Players will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.
Players who officially request to withdraw from this event on or between 9/19/2025 and 9/30/2025 will receive a 25% refund (minus a $10 handling fee). Players will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.
Players who request withdrawal after 9/30/2024 (8pm) are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.
