    IDLEWILD DISC GOLF COURSE

    3-5pm Players pack pick up 3-5pm

    4.15-4.45pm CLINIC - led by Pro Disc Golfer (backhand, forehand, putting).

    5pm LADIES DOUBLES (suggestion... partner/friends other guys can run their own doubles round - at Idlewild or maybe even college?).
    **while we are not playing this course in the event, it is a great space and the course is super short, but challenging and fun! We figure there'll be many of you playing the bigger courses of this day, so it'd be a nice wind down and not too long and exhausting!

    8am Tournament central set up at WYCLIFFE (players pack pick up if you haven't already).
    8.15 Disc golf strong/Yoga warm up
    8.30 PLAYERS MEETING
    9am ROUND 1 Shot gun start (for everyone, but FA4). FA4 only play 2 rounds. Round 2 and 3 sat afternoon (college) and Sunday morning (wycliffe).
    Lunch break (Pools will have 1.5-2hrs between rounds from when the last card comes in). It is about a 20min drive from wycliffe to the college and this extra time should allow for any potential problems.
    2-3pm ROUND 2 shot gun start
    Player's Party 6pm-9pm @ Fenwick and Baker.
    **Very casual - grab a table. Let's try and get there early after our round and take over half the place! The other half of the place will be a school reunion. Unfortunately, mission hills had to be cancelled. Good news it will be nice and cool in there with some great food options!

On August 20th-21st, Cranbrook will be hosting the second ever Women's only B tier in Canada! All players will play our Wycliffe and College courses.
This tournament is designed to be a true am event and have the support from the disc golf community, near and far! Thank you to all our supporters!

While we will be finalising what divisions will be playing there, most likely it will close to the following.

FPO, FP40 Wycliffe (longs) x 2 rounds, College x 1
FA1, FA2, FA3, FA540, FA50, FA60, FJ divisions, Wycliffe (shorts) 2 rounds, College x 1
FA4/FJ12 1 x college and 1 wycliffe (shorts) round

Elizabeth Lake Lodge
The Elizabeth Lake lodge boasts accommodation by Elizabeth lake and has a mini golf course on site. They have generously donated a 2 night stay for our raffle and they welcome guests who are after a quiet stay. They have mentioned there isn't much availability left on this date.

Refund policy

Kristy Shields is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. You can withdraw up to 7 days before event to receive a full refund minus the small paypal/discgolfscene fee. If you withdraw after this point, Amateur players will receive their player's pack and for Professional divisions, money will be forfeited and will stay in the pro purse for your division.
