About this tournament
This is a one day, 2 round C-Tier event with $1250 added cash!! Thanks to Women Throwing Frisbees and Mint Discs.
Location - The Ranch in Waelder, TX
Our goal is to make this a Premiere Women's event, ran by Women for Women. So far, we've got a Woman TD Renae Farr, but couldn't do it without assistant TD Ed Coffey. We have our event artwork created by a Woman Kim Olden, all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies are also created by Women, Shannon Prendergast, Laura Capetillo and Erin Reynolds.
We have so much in store for you all and we can't wait to start sharing those details with you. Expect this event to just grow and grow leading up to the event. With all of the support we have in the community, we have no doubts this will be a tournament you won't forget and will look forward to each year.
- All players will recieve a baller player pack with at minimum a Mint Disc, Koozie, SuMac towel, pencil and sticker. We have plans to add additional items to the packs as well.
- Local groups Texas Chain Rattlers and The Flying Goombas will have ladies stations set up along the course with snacks, refreshments and other essential goodies.
- Juniors will have a free round on a modified course during lunch ran by Thomas Perks.
- There will be an Easter Egg hunt with 10 Golden Eggs planted throughout the course. Find one to will candy, other fun goodies or one of the 10 special eggs!
- Martin Rendon will be cooking up some of his delicious food. He will have a price sheet and menu to come soon, but we will have some gluten free and vegetarian options.
- Vendors Party - We will have a large vendors village so bring your extra money and show these folks some love. We expect to have at least 10 vendors. (If you are interested in vending please reach out to Renae Farr.)
- We will have the lead card filmed - and a photographer. Details to come soon.
- Players Party on site right after round 2 thanks to Live Oak Brewery and Austin Beerworks
- If you are interested in becoming a tee sign sponsor reach out to Renae. Cost is $50.
