Team Idlewild presents The Fourman Insurance Open @ Hilltop!
PDGA 1 Round C-Tier
April 2nd, 2023 (1pm Shotgun Start)
This will be a one round shotgun start C Tier event at Urbana's Melvin Miller Hilltop Disc Golf Course. We are playing 18 holes of long baskets plus 3 temp holes that will be added the day of the tournament. We will tee off at 1pm. Must have 3 in a division or you will be moved to a different division.
$2 goes towards PDGA fees, and the rest goes to payout and players pack.
Every AM will receive a custom stamped Limited Edition Soft Justice.
If no ace is hit we will donate the ace pot to the LWS Open @ Idlewild.
All Open division payouts will be digital. All Amateur payouts will be redeemable immediately following the round or can be emailed after the event. This tournament will raise money for the 2023 LWS Open @ Idlewild.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event.

Refund policy
Team Idlewild is responsible for all refunds/cancellations, and will follow all PDGA rules for refunds.

Close of registration is at 8:00 PM EST 3/31/23.
Official withdrawals from either the registered list or the waitlist, must be initiated by use of the “Request a Refund” link found in the registrant’s original registration confirmation email from Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Waitlist competitors who do not get into the event will receive a 100% monetary refund minus DGScene fees.
Competitors who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Competitors who officially request to withdraw from the registered list 15-29 days before the event (12:01 AM EST on 3/18/23) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a competitor who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, the competitor will receive a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Competitors who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event (12:01 AM EST on 3/19/23) and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
All waitlist registrants who are still on the waitlist at end of day on 03/31/23 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus DGScene fees.
Withdrawals after 8:00 PM EST on 03/31/23 will not receive a refund.
