The T-Ville Showdown at Hughes Park!

This 2-round PDGA-sanctioned C-Tier event will be the first of its kind at Hughes Park. Shotgun start at 9am on Saturday, September 27.
LAYOUT
The tournament will utilize a custom layout with temporary holes to expand on the course. Some existing holes will not be in play, while others will feature new teepads, island and hazard, and more over an 18-hole layout. A video of the layout is available.
The temporary holes will be available to play the day prior to the tournament. Most tees will be using existing rubber tee pads. Some temporary holes will not have tee pads. All players will receive a digital caddybook, and signage will be available on all modified holes.
- MPO/FPO, MA1/FA1, MA2/FA2 will play LONG layout for both rounds.
- MA3 will play LONG layout for first round, SHORT layout for second round.
- MA4, FA3, FA4 will play SHORT layout for both rounds.
PLAYER'S PACK
All amateur players will receive the following:
- Custom "Feather Swirl" Discmania disc (assorted molds on first come, first serve basis)
- Custom towel from Disc Dyes By Melissa
There will be no payouts for amateur divisions. MPO/FPO divisions will be paid out via PayPal. Trophies will be presented at the end of the event in accordance with PDGA guidelines for True Amateur events.

Hole sponsorships are available during registration. Sponsors get their logo/name added to tee signs and the digital caddie book. Proceeds will be used to cover event costs.
PASS THROUGH FEES
- $3 PDGA
- $2 Park Rental/Green Fee
ACE POOL & CTP*
There will be a cash-only ace pool of $5 per player during event check-in. Ace will pay out 100% of the pot. If no aces are hit, 50% will be paid out via a CTP with the other 50% being donated to Western NC Hurricane Helene relief efforts.
There will be free CTPs for all divisions in play, sponsored by Play it Again Sports High Point. CTPs will only apply during round one and are split by divisions:
- Hole 5: All female divisions
- Hole 6: MA3
- Hole 13: MA4
- Hole 18: MA1/MA2
An added CTP on Hole 1 will be cash-only for $5 with all proceeds being donated to Western NC Hurricane Helene relief. Winner will receive a free disc from Disc Dyes By Melissa.
TROPHIES
Dyed disc trophies will be available to first place winners with second & third place getting dyed mini discs (depending on number of players in each division).
PARKING
Due to the modified layout, a portion of the main parking lot will not be available.* After the main lot fills, we will move to the bottom lot next to the baseball field and concession area. The main lot is first come, first serve, and we ask for your cooperation with the staff regarding parking areas.
OTHER INFO
Limited snacks and drinks will be available (some for purchase) on-site. Water will be provided for free at tournament central. Davidson County will have a concession stand on-site serving hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks during lunch (for purchase).

Refund policy
Disc Dyes By Melissa & Villainz Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Withdrawals within 24 hours are only eligible for 50% refund.
PDGA guideline for refund states:
"Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee."
PDGA guideline for refund states:
"Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund.
