Welcome to the 2026 Heart of Texas Tour!

EVENT INFORMATION
This event is a 1-day, 2-round C-Tier at Circle C Metro Park and Mary Moore Searight. Players will play two rounds of shotgun starts, one at each course.

Circle C:
A Pool (MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1) - Longs (short on 12 at CC)
B Pool (All other divisions) - Shorts

Mary Moore:
All Divisions - Main Layout

Professional Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Professional Payout ($40)
$40 per player will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration.

Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Amateur Player Pack ($20)
Each amateur will receive a player pack that includes:
- Event Stamped MINT Disc

Amateur Payout ($20)
$20 per player is allocated to Amateur Payout in the form of credit to MINT (in person at ABW Sprinkle Valley or online). Payout vouchers will be distributed by MINT via email after the event is complete. Payouts will remain valid until 12/31/2026.

Trophies
The winner of each division will receive a trophy!

Raffle
We will have a raffle on-site that will include some awesome prizes! Tickets can be purchased during check in, lunch, and after the 2nd round. Raffle prizes will be drawn after trophies have been given out.

2026 HOTT Points
Players will earn points for every HOTT you compete in, and bonus prizes will be awarded based on the number of points they earn throughout the Series! The points breakdown is available in the Pictures section and here: https://www.hottdiscgolf.com/points-standings.

Additional prizes and tiers are shown on the graphic in the Pictures section. Prizes from the Points Series will be distributed at the HOTT Finale in December 2026.

Series Sponsorship ($250)
Support the HOTT Tour! Series sponsorships will be used for added cash and prizes for the event! Each Series Sponsor will receive:
- Logo feature and link on the Series website
- Social media shoutouts on Instagram
- Logo feature in Series Finale Caddy Book
- Tee sign displaying sponsorship logo the HOTT Finale
- Early registration to the HOTT Finale

Refund policy

Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.

7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
