INTINERARY: 8:30AM registration / shotgun start Saturday
9:20 AM final round tee times begin Sunday
DAY 1 : Shotgun starts on 2 courses - with catered lunch break, prize draws and giveaways. (We are working on delivering some breakfast items like coffee and muffins etc.)
DAY 2: Final Round Tee Times + Main Card Coverage
EXTRAS: Side games prize draws throughout both days
Snacks drinks and Double G Jerky available throughout
VOLUNTEERING NEEDED: If you can dedicate a day to assist you will also receive a meal and disc/tee shirt/hat as a thank you! Please msg Patrick here.
Needed: 10 spotters Sat , 8 Spotters Sunday
Parking attendant (rotate out with spotters)
1 Runner (from TC to House/ SUV shuttle)

Refund policy
Peace Bridge Disc Golf Foundation is responsible for all refunds/cancellations, HOWEVER
You will be responsible for any and all transaction fees upon cancelling.
Anyone who cancels within 48 hours of the event may forfeit their entire entry fee if a replacement is not registered in their division.
There may be a $10 cancellation handling fee on any cancellations that are not due to DGScene or PBDGF error or personal emergency / honest explanation.
You MUST have a PDGA number to compete - if you don't have a PDGA number your registration will be refunded minus transaction + handling fees.
We will avoid these penalties at all costs but they are in place to strongly urge players to give as much notice as possible and not take up someone's spot in the event if you are not certain you will be free that weekend.
