About this tournament
$300 added cash
$200 added merchandise
his is a 1 day, 36-hole C-Tier PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament. We will play two rounds of 18-holes at Ryans Course at Shelbyville Red Orchard Park. There will be a one hour lunch break between the two rounds.
$300 added cash to the Pro Divisions.
$200 added to Am Merch payouts.
An Email will be sent 48 hours prior to the event. This will serve the virtual players meeting with rules.
No official morning of check in. Be ready to tee at 9am.
18 Hole Sponsorships are available for $25 each. Each Sponsor will get 1 hole with their logo and 1 Early Registration spot.
Sponsor Registration Opens Aug 18th at 7pm.
Open Registration Opens Sept 8th at 7pm.
Registration closes Oct 19th at 7pm.
Ace Pool $5.00 (Optional): If no ace is hit during either round a 50/50 CTP on hole 12 will determine the ace pool winner. 50% to the player and 50% to the 2023 Thaw Out, Throw Down. A player must finish the event to be eligible.
Divisions must have 4 players or more with the exception of Jrs and Women's divisions. If divisions have 3 or less they will be asked to move to another division of their choice.
Pro/Am limits will be removed on Sept 22nd.
Players Pack:
$15 Bang A Chain Store Credit. They will be onsite for the event and have an online store.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.

A second scoring method will be needed in additional to PDGA live scoring. UDisc is the preferred scoring method, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
1st place ties: A sudden death playoff will occur using holes 1-6,18 loop until a winner has been determined.
All Open division payouts will be digital via PayPal. All Amateur payouts will be handled by Bang A Chain. 45% of AM divisions will receive payout. They will be onsite for immediate payout or vouchers will be available for their online store.
