REGISTRATION
Registration opens June 8th 2026 at 8pm MDT
All Pro divisions: $100
All Amateur divisions: $80
All Junior divisions: $55
Divisions with to few numbers will be collapsed
Fee breakdown:
$20 (included in Registration) per person added for green fees
$4 PDGA fee
$4 TD fee
CAMPING
This year we will be doing festival style camping on site. This will be a private spot in the trees near tournament central just for our disc golf tribe. A shared fire ring and toilets provided and showers will be available in the main camp ground. Add it on to your registration when you sign-up.
VENUE
Ravens Nest Resort has Camping, Cabins and Glamping Domes (Domes are located just above hole 17). These are all available to book on the website https://www.ravensnestresort.com/.
FOOD
Allium will be providing lunch, dinner and snacks on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning. Menu to be confirmed. Check out the Allium Food Truck here https://www.cafeallium.com/
MUSIC
Saturday night we have a great local band for all to enjoy! More info to follow.
SIDE GAMES
We will be setting up a temp course for a one disc ratings base challenge, play as many times as you like (with 2 other people). Cash prizes for winners of all 4 divisions. <820, 820-870, 870-920, 920+.
Glow disc round after dark on the Saturday night!
Games and players party/BBQ on site at Tournament central Saturday night

1.3 Withdraws and Refunds
• A player may officially withdraw only by contacting a Tournament Director.
• Players must email their withdrawals to a Tournament Director only at the contact information posted.
• Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Directors, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Refund policy
CVFDC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days prior to the start of the event.
• Withdrawals made between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund. If spot can be filled then participate will receive 100%
• Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less fees, not to exceed 10%.
