About this tournament
We get to have one event in 2020 and this is it, the Rose Hill Chill sponsored by Dynamic Discs!
IMPORTANT : to participate in this event you must live in or currently reside in the Interior Health Authority
This event along with likely all events in 2021 will be a little different. There will be no large gatherings, that includes a traditional players meeting. There are safety precautions that need to be in place like sanitizing your hands and keeping your distance from competitors not in your social bubble. Baskets will need to be sanitized between rounds. There are two waivers you will need to acknowledge from both the BCDS and the PDGA at the end of your registration. You will also need to be a BCDS competitive member as per ViaSport guidelines. Pro divisions will be paid out via PayPal or Etransfer and amateur divisions will have their prizing handled online via AceRunners for this event.
All of the fine details will be communicated to you via email after registration , so it is very important that you keep in the loop when it comes to this event. Registration will go live on Monday night at 8pm Pacific time.
