All divisions will play 2 rounds on Saturday.
Check in
Round 1 (Saturday morning, 9:15 shotgun start):
MP0, MP40 and MA1 divisions will play from Long Tees
All other FPO, FP40 and MA/FA Divisions will play from Short Tees
JR Divisions will play from the Junior Tees
Round 2 (Saturday afternoon; shotgun start time 1 hour after last card finishes):
MP0, MP40 and MA1 divisions will play Long Tees
All other MA Divisions will be play Short Tees
JR Divisions will play from the Junior Tees
There will be CTPs on various holes for each division during the first and second round. If no ace is hit during the tournament, there will be a Ace Run throw off for those who entered the pot after Round 2.
$15 BBQ chicken lunch platters will be on the scene for lunch on Saturday. Lunch includes BBQ chicken, macaroni salad side, chips, dessert and drink. We appreciate your support of a local business!
TDs reserve the right to apply individual division caps to keep the tournament balanced. We will keep an eye on any caps we put on with the goal of having a balance across divisions but limiting waitlists. If you do end up on a waitlist, we will start letting people in (starting with Pro divisions) about a week before the tournament.
PAYOUTS / FEE SCHEDULE:
-$ ALL Pro divisions. We will pay out the top 40% via PayPal to your registration email within 48 hours of the event's completion.
-$ ALL AM Divisions. Will have pro store credit.
- Trophies for 1st place in all Divisions.
AMATEUR PLAYER PACK:
All Am Players will receive a custom Riley Open Discraft disc, hat and sticker from this event. Player pack value of $50
The PDGA has clear guidance for how a TD can choose to handle ratings updates, and we choose to leverage that. Specifically, the PDGA states "If you have pre-registered for an event, the TD may allow you to remain in that division as long as the event is within two weeks of the ratings posting date". Our event is August 29th, As such, we will be using the July Ratings Update as the effective rating for all players for the event. That means, whatever your rating is when the ratings update on Tuesday, July 14th will be what we use to determine division eligibility.
PLEASE NOTE:
Players must go through the registration process as we will not be adding players to the registration in advance.
The day will conclude with the Ace Run (unless someone hits it, Ring of Fire and the raffle.
Age Protected Divisions with less than 3 people will be combined to another division, excludes junior divisions.

REFUND POLICY:
RADGC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Refunds will follow all PDGA standards and guidelines. All refunds after August 20th are subject to a $10 handling fee (donated to RADGC).
