Good afternoon players. We have made the call to cancel Sanctioned play on Saturday due to Incliment Weather.
All players will have the opportunity to play the courses , at your own discretion, in unsanctioned form.
The schedule is now as follows.

10 AM UNSACTIONED DOUBLES ROUND ( Flex-Start) @Brickyard
Prizes Payouts for the top 3 teams.
Take a picture of your score Card and send it to me.
ALL AFTER round events are still on
Sunday
7-9 Pancake Breakfast @Brickyard
8:00 AM-Players meeting (grab your players pack)
10 Shotgun start 1st round ( Pool A will play Sumter First, Pool B will play Central First)
2:00 PM Tenative start time for Second Round ( Pool A will play Brickyard, Pool B will play Sumter)
All players will conveine at Brickyard for the award ceremony after the 2nd round.

PRIZES
This is a trophy only event, and the top finishers in each division will receive a trophy.
There will be a Cash Ace fund to the person/persons who hit an ACE during play. Due to the generosity of Adopt Disc Golf, if an ace is hit, a disc of their choice can be selected from their online store. Every ACE that is hit, Adopt will donate 10 discs to kids to help grow the sport!!!!!
{If there is no ACE hit during any rounds of the tournament, a Ring of Fire will commence!!!}
FREE GLASSBLOWING DEMONSTRATION!
Hot Glass Academy will be coming out with their kiln and setting up shop for a free glass-blowing demonstration on Saturday after the rounds, and on Sunday following the last round/award ceremony. You also have the option to make your own custom GLASS MINI!!! More information has been listed on the event page on Facebook.
FREE PLAY ?!?!
For those registering, green fees are waived for all players on Friday at Brickyard!! A cart may be rented for the price of $10 PER PERSON.
Green fees have also been waived for those who wish to play around at Brickyard after the award ceremony.

We will be holding a raffle for some amazing prizes.
3 Streamline Baskets will be included in the raffle!!!

SAFE PLAY
We will be practicing social distancing and following all local regulations during this event. Online payments for merchandise is preferred. Cash payments to players will be made electronically.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST
Breakfast is provided for players on Sunday morning at Brickyard. Pancakes and Sausage..... Yum.
Please note that all divisions must have at least 3 players! Players in divisions with less than 3 players will be moved to other divisions if needed.

Refund policy
Christopher Strasburger is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Players requesting a refund after April 1, will recieve half of their entry fee back. Refunds will not be available after April 22.
