The Pinewood Open Description

The Pinewood Open is presented by Gotta Go Gotta Throw and The GOAT Towels.

Gotta Go Gotta Throw will be handling Amateur payouts remotely and will be adding 25% value to the payouts for the Amateurs.

The GOAT Towels is able to give the event a very competitive price on there products.

Thank You to both companies for the support.

This will be the first sanctioned tournament held at North Wood County Park in a long time. There will be two exciting rounds played on a special course layout with both short and long tee pads to accommodate all player's skillsets. Get ready to throw over water and through pine tree tunnels, while navigating distance and OB.

A Pool (MPO, MP40, MA1)
Layout: 18 holes, 7000ft (388ft per hole), Par 61

B Pool (FPO, MA40, MA50, FA1, MA2, MA3)
Layout: 18 holes, 5200ft (288ft/hole), Par 61

Refund policy

Eli Swansen is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Full Refund until March 31st

75% Refund until April 11th

50% Refund until April 30th

No Refunds on or after May 1st (except for extreme circumstances)

Check In:

During this time you can pick up your course map, tee-shirt, and other players pack items. Players meeting will be virtual so I would suggest to use this time to familiarize yourself with the course, warm up and ask any unclear rules questions.
- 9:00am
Warmup/Getting to your starting hole:

This time should be used for warmups, getting to your starting hole, and getting your PDGA Live scoring ready.
- 12:00pm
Round 1:

Play your 18 hole round and turn in your online score card. Lunch begins when your card has submitted the scores
- 1:05pm

This extra length for lunch should allow you to get to either the local gas station or Subway for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own lunch as well as Lunch is NOT provided.
- 1:20pm
Warmup/Getting to your starting hole:

This time should be to get ready for round 2 by checking what your new starting hole is and getting the PDGA Live scoring ready for round 2.
- 4:20pm
Round 2:

Play your second 18 hole round and turn in your online score card. The round ends when all groups have turned in their scorecards.
- 4:40pm
Raffle Time:

The Raffle/Drawing will occur here. Each player will have 1 automatic entry to the drawing and can win one of the many items we have available. This will give the TD (me) some time to sort through ties and get payouts/awards ready.
- 5:20pm

Please stay socially distanced as we call up award winners from the divisions. Both Pro's and Am's will get an envelope with payout. Pro's will receive cash. Am's will receive a code to Gotta Go Gotta Throw to redeem after the tournament.
