Welcome to the 2024 Open at Alvord, presented by Nardi Family Practice!
This is a PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier with a minimum of $250 being added to the Pro purse.
EVENT FEES:
We have set the cost at $55 for all Pro divisions and $40 for all Amateur divisions, broken down as follows:
Pro:
$55 per player broken down as follows:
- $2 to the PDGA
- $2 TD Fee ($1 of which will be donated to season-long charity)
- $51 to the payout
Amateur:
$40 per player broken down as follows:
- $2 to the PDGA
- $2 TD Fee ($1 of which will be donated to season-long charity)
- $36 to the player pack / tournament costs
If you would like to sponsor the event and be able to register early, we are offering up to 24 non-refundable $25 Event Sponsorships.
Please note that in order to receive cash at a PDGA event in a Pro division, the player must have a PDGA number (current or expired)
PLAYER PACK:
Amateur Player Pack will include:
- Tournament-stamped disc
- And more
FORMAT/LAYOUT:
We will play 2 rounds of 18.
Round 1: Everyone will play from the long tees on holes 1-9 and the short tees on holes 10-18.
Round 2: All Pro and MA1 will play from the long tees on every hole. All Other Divisions will play the same layout as Round 1 (Longs 1-9, shorts 10-18).
PARKING:
Park in the lower lot. Please fill the far side of the lot before parking near the soccer fields.
TOURNAMENT CENTRAL:
Tournament central for this event will be located in the lower lot near hole 1.
CHECK IN:
Check in will begin no later than 8:00 AM. Anyone not checked in by 8:45 AM will be considered a NO SHOW
PLAYERS MEETING:
There will be a brief player’s meeting at 8:45
AWARDS/PRIZES:
Awards for all divisions will be held shortly after the conclusion of round 2.
If the ace pot is not hit during the event, there will be a throw off for all ace pot money prior to awards.
