Dear Participants we are so glad you chose to play the OG Mamas 11th Annual Breast Cancer tournament. This year we are doing a 1 round tournament PDGA sanctioned charity event.
It's important that you know all pro player will not have a payout, all proceeds will go to these 501 3c. Organizations. City of Hope and St. Judes Children's Hospital.
Also we are doing collective payment with pdga were all registration earning are going straight to PDGA with takes about 20 days after tournament to receive any money to be donated to these 501 3c we have chosen . OG Mamas will be responsible to inform you on OG Mamas on fb the amount donated to City of Hope and St. Judes Children's Hospital.
Regarding withdraws and refunds) I like to direct you to rule 103 in the competition manual of PDGA events
