Veer left at the fork in the driveway. Please stop and check in with Bee & Twirly on your way in. CHECK IN ON FRIDAY IS MANDATORY
Everyone is welcome to arrive after 11am on Friday Sept 19. No Thursday arrivals.
Everyone must depart by Sunday evening. Unless you have special permission or are part of the tear-down crew, there is no camping Sunday night.

The Main Event
Two rounds of 27 holes: one Saturday, one Sunday.
Saturday: mixed cards from short tees
Sunday:
Pro Divisions + MA1 → long tees
All others → short tees
Cash payouts to the top 40% of each division.

Ficklewood Stableford!! (Side Game)
The Men With Hats will be drafting everyone into five teams on Friday night. On Saturday, your score vs. par will count toward your team total. Lowest team score wins! The winning team will receive a bottle of wine for every member
No need to track points, we’ll tally them after the round and announce the winners at Saturday dinner.

Camping, RVs & Trailers
Everyone is welcome to spend the weekend on the property Friday and & Saturday night for just $40. Players will have the option to pay this when they registered or add it to their registration at a later date by editing their registration.
There are only a few restrictions on tent camping. No camping on fairways and no camping too close to Lori's residence. Other than that, we will have a designated camping/parking area but you are allowed to set up a tent anywhere on the property. Trailers & RVs will need to stick to the camping area provided and will not have access to water or electrical hookups.

Non-Golfers
If you don't feel like golfing, are injured, or have a significant other that would like join us. You're welcome to register yourself or significant other in the CAMP division and select their options for camping, meal plan, and raffle tickets. This allows non-golfers to get registered ahead of time to participate in all the weekend has to offer.

Refund policy
Men With Hats is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Full Refunds will be issued to anyone who withdraws prior to when registration closes (end of day Sept 14th).
Withdraws after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, the entry fee will be donated to the Dusan Fund Charity, minus any event-related expenses.
