About this tournament

Welcome to the brand-new OD event being hosted at Ficklewood Farm in Orillia, taking place Sept 24-25, 2022. This is an invite only event. Please contact the MenWithHats for invite considerations.
Event Address: 2964 Fairgrounds Road, Severn, L3V 0Y2
The tournament will consist of two rounds of 24 holes. One round per day. As usual, OD events are always unsanctioned with cash payouts for all divisions!
Camping is allowed on site for $25.
Delicious food to be provided by our amazing host Lori!
Meal Plan - $50 (Two breakfasts and One Dinner)
Additional Food/Drinks for purchase:
Friday Night Pizza and Disco Party - Pizzas $6
Tuck Shop Snacks/Lunch - Hot Dogs, Snacks etc. for purchase during round
Drink Cart - Drinks for purchase during your round
Late night chicken wins and poutine
EVENT RULES & GOOD HOUSEKEEPING
· Parking in designated parking area only
· Camping and camp trailers in designated areas only
· No generators after midnight.
· Campfires in 2 designated fire pits only (Disc-Oh Café & Camping area)
· Stay on the property, do not cross property lines except to collect discs
· No glass bottle on the course
· No Smoking in the disc-oh cafe
· No arriving Thursday
· No camping on Sunday night (some exceptions for tear down crew)
· Dog owners clean up after their pups. Keep dogs away from chickens.
· ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE BUTTS on the ground. Dispose of all butts.
GARBAGE, RECYCLING, & RETURNS
Bins for each category will be provided onsite. All players are reminded that any littering (cans, butts, whatevs) will result in a revocation of your invite for future years. We try to practice compassion and minimize our footsteps. Please ensure to pack out what you pack in. However, we will have bins available, so please use them.
All returnables will be picked up by the local chapter of the Boy Scouts, and any monies generated will go to their use.
We will be asking players to police their own groups in order to conform to our request that we leave no garbage behind. This is as much our responsibility as it is yours, and we ask you in the spirit of compassion and understanding to first police yourself
