The first ever Mulligan open, a for fun get together to celebrate the longest days of the year!

Have you ever shanked your shot, and said "Oh I meant to do this" and laced the fairway on your second try??? Have you ever liked a throw, but knew you could do just a little better and thought "one more!" or "wish I threw this disc instead" or redone your circle two putt and thought "wow why couldn't I have done that when it counted?". Then this is the "tournament" for you! Summer is finally here and we have enough daylight, and if you want to make the most of one of the longest days of the year, come play in the first annual Mulligan Open. This is a singles event where you are your own best shot doubles partner. Everyone gets to throw two shots for every throw and then take the better throw. So you missed that 15 foot putt? No worries, player b's got your back! It's time to see if player b really is the better player! Bring drinks, snacks and friends and pick your card to celebrate summer! (That's right, you get to pick your card and find a hole!)

We’ll be playing a modified 12-hole layout. We know that’s shorter than usual, but with two shots per hole (if you choose), it can still feel like 24—and that’s pretty cool at Milo McIver State Park in Estacada. All skill and experience levels welcome! Sign ups will be via the classic MPO/FPO/ AMs so come win money and prizes in your division!

Milo has graciously allowed us to hold our get together there—at no cost—so we can keep things fun and affordable for everyone since this is a for fun gathering. That being said, hosting at Milo comes with a couple of important conditions. We must allow all casual players to play through, and we must be out of the park by 9 PM sharp (hence the modified round of 12 holes). They are aware we'll be there until close, but it's important that we respect their time and rules.

Payouts:
Registration is $10 and 100% goes to payouts. Individuals that place in the top third of their division will win money. The winner of each division with more than one person registered will win an additional prize from one of our sponsors.


**We are not reserving the course in order to keep this event affordable. This is a casual, just-for-fun event to see who's really better, you or Player B. Please allow casual players to play through and be kind to those not playing with us! The modified shorter 12 holes will allow us all to throw two shots and still leave the area by 9pm as park rules.
