Player packs provided by Mint Discs: 2 Premium plastic event stamped discs. Valued at $40. For the first 65 Am's that sign up.

Hole Sponsorship $50: Have your name, business, club, etc displayed at an available tee box. Proceeds go to player pack and event services. Email your logo or artwork to be displayed along with any text or special instructions to [email redacted].

First Place Trophy for each division with a minimum of 3 players signed up by June 12th, 2023

Live Scoring will be used for singles play. Log in to PDGA.com/score and enter event code. Backup scoring must be performed with paper card or UDisc.

Out of Bounds (OB) is concrete and beyond. Below the playing surface is considered Out of Bounds. If a drop zone is not available, mark your lie where disc was last in play. One stroke penalty for OB.

Cash payout will be sent through PayPal with in 48 hours of event completion. If the player cannot accept payment through PayPal, it is the player's responsibility to arrange other payment options.

A Pool - Open Divisions, MA1, MA40

A Pool - Long Tees both rounds ( Hole 4 and 17 will be played from the short tee's)

Hole 18A Will be a temp hole throwing over the pond towards grass area in front of the pavilion. It will be played after hole 17 and not before hole 18B.

18A will have a drop zone on the other side of the pond for those that choose not to throw over. 1 stroke penalty will be enforced. If you are not familiar with drop zones, this means you will be shooting your 3rd shot from the drop zone if you take this option.

Hole 18A will not be playable until the day of the tournament for safety reasons. We ask everyone to not attempt this shot at any time during the days leading up to, before or during the break when no spotters are present. This is a temp hole and a public park. Please respect the park rules.

Schedule: All times are approximate and subject to change.
7:30am - 8:30am: Check-in and player pack pick up.
8:30am-8:45am: Player meeting.
9:00am: Round 1 shotgun start.
12:30pm: 1.5 hour lunch. Begins after last card from round 1 is turned in.
2:00pm: Round 2 shotgun start.
5:00pm: Ring of fire and awards.

PAR4 Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued minus any PayPal service fees.

If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus PayPal service fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus PayPal service fees. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will be a forfeit of entry fee for that event. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. This policy is subject to change.
