About this tournament

We will be using the normal layout with 2 added baskets. A few different mandos will be in effect. Udisc has been updated with the layout. Look for The Meltdown 2023 under classic layouts.

2 rounds of 20 holes. Shotgun start.

Check in begins at 7:00 AM. First round starts at 8:00 AM. 1 hour break between rounds after last card is turned in.

Players pack will be 2 custom stamped Trilogy discs. 1 premium plastic(Chameleon/VIP Ice/Fuzion Orbit Eye), 1 basic plastic(Prime/Retro/Origio). Will have multiple molds to choose from.

Payouts through Dynamic Discs Phoenix.

1st place trophy for divisions with at least 4 Players.

RAFFLE. Everyone who registers will receive a ticket into the Raffle. Additional tickets will be for sale. Will include a Recruit Lite Basket, Paratrooper Bag and more!

Perimeter sidewalk and beyond is OB

Sidewalk that runs through middle of course plays as river

Hole 2: Mando tree on right side. Must throw left of mando

Hole A: 2 mando trees on right side. Must throw left of both. Basically a double dog leg right

Hole 4: Double mando. 2 main big trees right in middle of fairway

Hole B: Island hole. All concrete is OB. If island is not made proceed to drop zone

Hole 16: Tee shot must come to rest on right side(basket side) of sidewalk. If missed play from last inbounds or re-tee if never came inbounds from tee box.

Refund policy

1)Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

2)Players who have paid MORE than a nominal waitlist fee of $10 to be on an event’s waitlist who do not get into the event, or who officially request to withdraw from the waitlist prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended), will receive a 100% cash refund minus the $10 waitlist fee. Waitlist players who ONLY paid a nominal non-refundable waitlist fee of $10 monetary refund of that waitlist fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee). Waitlist players who ONLY paid a nominal non-refundable waitlist fee of $10 or less will not receive a refund.

3)Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

4)Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% cash monetary refund.

5)Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered) by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash monetary refund.

6)Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
