May 10, 2022 - 8 pm CST - General registration opens.
July 29, 2022 - 10 pm CST - Registration closes, all waitlisted players will be refunded and Divisions will lock.
August 1, 2022 - 8 pm CST - Tee time assignments will be posted on the PDGA event page - https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/55578

Refund policy
Event Refund Policy
Early Hole Sponsorships (used for early registration) are non-refundable. If Early Hole Sponsors drop from the event, they will be refunded by the policy below minus the Hole Sponsorship amount.
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official. Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene Comments section is not sufficient for withdrawal.
Withdrawals should be sent to [email redacted] or 205-529-9429.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 6/24/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 6/25/22 and 8/4/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
No refunds will be given after 8/4/22 other than Waitlisted Players. All Waitlisted Players will be refunded on 8/4/22.
Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 8/5/22 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
