Refund policy
MAD Golf will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy.
>7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund.
2 to 7 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% monetary refund.
< 48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 convenience fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
