About this tournament

This will be a one day, two round event at Shalimar Golf Course.
All Ams will receive a players pack from this event containing products from Prodigy Disc.
Divisions up to 3 participants = 1st place trophy only
Divisions of 4-5 participants = 1st & 2nd place trophy only
Divisions of 6 or more participants = 1st, 2nd and 3rd trophy only
*If you registered after registration was closed, you will not receive a players pack as they have already been ordered for the players that registered during open registration.
Your official score card will be Udisc Live scoring. A paper scoreboard will be used as a secondary form to record scores and must be kept on every card.

Refund policy
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 30 or more days before the start of the event will be entitled to a 100% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event will receive EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
