This is a PDGA C-Tier sanctioned disc golf tournament featuring TWO rounds of play across two courses. The event will include two rounds on Sunday. Both rounds will be played using shotgun starts. 20 holes at The Woodland Trail and 20 holes at The Elks.

Player Packs and Payouts:
AMs will receive a player pack with the following items:
- Ticket for a free meal at The Elks to be used at the event
- Stainless Steel Water Bottle/Hydro Flask
- $10 gift card to your choice of Disc Golf Threads or Third Space Disc Golf

Pro payouts will be 90% of the registration fee but will have $1,000 added cash (this number may go up)!
AM payouts will be towards Wild Side Discs. They will be on site with a great selection of discs.

ACE/CTP
50/50 CTP will be split by pools. 50/50 CTP will be at Elks only.
ACE Fund will be split by pools. If no aces are hit, all Ace Pot money will go towards the Kendallville Disc Golf Fund

Trophies
Trophies will be for 1st place only. Must have at least 2 in your division in order to get a trophy.

Courses
The tournament will be played at the Elks Lodge Golf Course and The Woodland Trail.

Player Central Locations
Player Central will be at Woodland Trail for Pool A before round one for check in and players meeting. Player Central will be at The Elks for Pools B & C before round one for check in and players meeting. No players meeting between rounds one and two. All post tournament awards and prizes will be located at The Elks.

Format and Schedule
The tournament consists of two total rounds. All rounds will use shotgun starts. Each round will consist of 20 holes at The Woodland Trail and 20 holes at The Elks. There will be four players per card whenever possible.
Divisions will be split into three pools.

Pool Assignments and Course Rotation
Pool A- MPO, MP40, FPO, FP40, MA1, MA40, MA2
They will play Round 1 at Woodland Trail Round 2 at The Elks.

Pool B- MA50, MA3, FA1, FA2, FA40, MJ18, FJ18
They will play Round 1 at The Elks Round 2 at the Woodland Trail.

Pool C- MA4, MA60, FA50, FA60, FA3, FA4, MJ15, FJ15
They will play Round 1 at The Elks Round 2 at the Woodland Trail. Elks will play much shorter for this division with different tee pad locations than Pools A & B.

Refund policy

Third Space Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. This tournament follows the PDGA Competition Manual section: 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. This will be enforced.
