UPDATE

Hey everyone, I hate to do this, but we need to cancel the event for tomorrow.

We just checked out the course, and it is in terrible shape. The rain this afternoon took out holes 9-15, and made a couple more into a mess.

I feel like with the course conditions and the chance of lightning, this is the best option.

We are looking to reschedule this event for July, and will keep you updated.

PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT

You may opt out of the player's pack - you're basically selling your player's pack back to the club for $7 - Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout.

GOLD division will play for 100% payout after the per player PDGA fee.

This is a True Amateur event.

Player's Packs for Amateurs: $20 value per person
-- 1 custom stamped MVP/Axiom/Steamline disc that is new for our FLEX events this summer.

You may purchase additional items (towels or discs) at the event. Custom Discs and Towels are $20, Premium plastic discs and stock towels are $15, and base plastic is $8.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

During the registration process, it will ask for an address. We will only use the address to mail some items to winners after the event. not for any mailing list or promotion.

For this event, we are using ratings based general entry. please observe the rating caps for each division listed below. RPA Gold is the Open/Professional division with payout.

Professional Division with Payout (you may opt for merchandise instead to maintain AM status, no player's pack)
RPA Gold [rating 970+]

Amateur Divisions with players pack and no payout
RAH Blue [rating <970]
RAD White [rating <935]
RAE Red [rating <900]
RAF Green [rating <850]
RAG Purple [rating <800]

Please note that players who play RPA Gold and accept cash will have their status set as professional in the PDGA system.

Per PDGA rules, each card must have at least 3 players. If signing up with 1 or two players, try to join a tee time with other players or find additional players for your card. I will contact you before the event if you tee time does not have enough players.

FUNDING

This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I personally, as a tournament director, make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization.

AM value
--$3 per player PDGA fee
--$3 per player TD fee
--$15 per player to player's pack
--Total provided value is $21 at the minimum

Pro Value
--100% of pro entry fee will be paid out as cash after the $3 per player PDGA fee

REFUNDS

The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.
