About this tournament

The Inaugural Beaver Ranch Fall Classic

This will be the first two day B-Tier here at beautiful Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course!

FORMAT:
Two rounds of 18 holes of traditional PDGA singles stroke play where the player in each division with the lowest total score is the champion!

LAYOUT:
We will be playing an 18 hole modified GOLD basket layout for this event. For this event all players will be playing the PRO pads for both Hole 1 and Hole 15. (All of the other holes have only one teepad.)

TEETIMES WILL BE ASSIGNED:
Tee times will be assigned prior to the event by division. As the event gets closer we will post the order of the tees by division. Individual tee times will be assigned at least a day prior to the event. Just remember to check in at the pro shop at least 15 minutes before your tee time!

PLAYER'S PACK:
All Amateur players will receive a premium hoodie designed specifically and exclusively available for players of this tournament!

Attention PRO players, if you wish to have one of these awesome The Inaugural Beaver Ranch Fall Classic hoodies, you can add one to your registration. These will be thick, high quality hoodies similar to the 303 Collection hoodies from the past two years.

Attention AM players, if you would like an additional player's pack hoodie you may add a 2nd player's pack hoodie to your registration. Only available during registration.

Hoodie sizes must be locked in by September 1st!

REGISTRATION:
Previous winners of Blues, Golds, and Beaver Mix Beaver Flex tournaments will receive an invitation to sign up early for this tournament!

Early registration will be prioritized for current 2025 Beaver Ranch Members. Registration will go live to the public shortly after the early registration window closes.

Beaver Ranch 2025 Members will receive the early registration access code in your emails.

NOTES:
Players pack discs will be announced within 1 month of the tournament, all players pack discs from 2025 will be unique and we will not run the same mold two times in the same year.

In traditional Beaver Ranch fashion, our grounds crew will ensure that the course is meticulously maintained and well manicured for this upcoming tournament!

Beaver Ranch DGC will be CLOSED for casuals to walk up and play during this event.

Fee Schedule: AMs - $61 players pack (Including a $70 Hoodie!) + $20 to divisional payouts + $40 Tournament Course Fee + $4 PDGA Fee = $125

Fee Schedule: PROs - $81 to divisional payouts + $40 Tournament Course Fee + $4 PDGA Fee = $125

The PDGA has raised the PDGA fees $1 per tier starting this season. Here are the updated PDGA Fees for 2025:

C-Tier Events: $3 per player
B-Tier Events: $4 per player
A-Tier Events: $5 per player
Temporary Membership Fee: $15

PAYOUTS:
The PDGA has a fantastic Tournament Manager tool that automatically distributes 100% payouts to all top finishers.

FYI, Professional divisions pay out to the top 40% of finishers while all Amateur divisions pay out the top 45% of finishers.

For this event, $81 from every Professional's entry fee went directly into payouts for a 100% total payout after PDGA and tournament fees.

The same is true for the Amateurs but with the addition of the player's pack fee of $61 coming out of the entry fee leaving $20 per player into each division's prize pool. This total will be paid out to the top 45% of Amateur finalists in each division at a 100% total payout.

Please give our team some time and your prizes and payouts will be emailed out to you in the next day or two following the event.

Refund policy

Beaver Ranch Tournament Refund Policy (UPDATED to April 17, 2025 standards)

Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course is responsible for processing all refunds and cancellations. We follow the PDGA refund guidelines, with the following additional clarifications specific to our events:

PDGA Refund Conditions

30+ Days Before the Event (Before 9/18/2025):
[PDGA 1.03 C: "Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee)."]

15–29 Days Before the Event (9/19/2025 thru 10/3/2025):
[PDGA 1.03 D: "Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund."]

End of Registration - 14 Days Before the Event (10/4/2025 thru 10/15/2025):
[PDGA 1.03 E: "Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund."]

!!!PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NOT SKIP OVER THE QUALIFIER IN THAT PDGA RULE!!!
"ONLY IF their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request."

After Close of Registration 11:58 PM Mountain Time on 10/15/2025:
[PDGA 1.03 F: "Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee."]

Waitlist Fee: The waitlist fee is non-refundable.

All player packs held for withdrawn players must be claimed within 30 days of the event or they may be forfeited.
