The Jason "$tack$" Barry Memorial Sponsored by Dynamic Discs
About this tournament
Hello Everyone,
BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGES - NOTHING WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE
Norma and I are putting this tournament on in memory our good friend Jason Barry. We lost a great ambassador to the sport of disc golf when we lost Jason $tack$ Barry.
Jason was on the course at all hours of the day and sometimes night. He couldn't get enough disc golf. He touched everyone who came in contact with him in the disc golf community and that is why we are doing this. Jason was loved by most to say the least.
This will be an Unsanctioned Tournament. Jason would want you to have a great time without any undue stress. We are playing to show our respect for the man. I will be taking money to purchase a special disc to give to all the players. That means the Pros as well as the Ams on this one. I hope everyone understands and embraces this. We will also be taking $10.00 per player to install a permanent Custom made bench with the $tack$ symbols cut right into it for hole 16. There will be lots of $$ left for everyones payouts. Lets fill this one.
All Players must sign in at Registration. Registration will be on the South Course from 7:30 am - 8:30 am. We will have a "Socially Distanced" players meeting at 8:30 sharp and you will head out to your holes right after. Round one will begin at 9:00 am. You will play 2 rounds. One round on the South Course and we will move to the North Course and begin round 2 at 1:00 pm. There will be time for lunch between rounds. Please come prepared with food and drinks as there will be no food available at the course. Lets all have a great time and celebrate the time we had with "Stacks" at the Course or wherever else you might have hung out together.
