2 rounds of 18 holes at Magnolia Links DGC in Gardendale, AL

Because this is an approved Charity event, temporary PDGA membership fees are waived!

AM Divisions only. Layout will be posted by 10/15/25

All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place trophies for every division with at least 3 people by 10/15/25

Refund policy

All refunds will be made minus a $10 non-refundable registration fee that will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

Players MUST request withdrawal through the Withdraw button on Disc Golf Scene or by sending an email to the TD at [email redacted]

Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Posting your request in the Comments section does not constitute withdrawal.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the by Oct. 9th will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 registration fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event Oct. 10th through Nov 6th will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 registration fee that will be donated to the American Cancer Society, ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will ship the player pack to the player at the player's expense unless the player can make other arrangements for delivery.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player)
