About this tournament

This is it. After 4 years of Baobab throwing/putting/rolling mayhem, the final Brentwood Bab-it-Up Challenge is coming to Creekside Park Disc Golf Course in Brentwood, CA.
And this year we are doing things a little different. This year we are doing things BYOB style. As in, Bring your own Baobab. That's right, as has often been begged and pleaded over the last few years, this time you are going to use your own Baobabs in the tournament. So if you do not already have a Baobab, pick one up from your favorite disc retailer, borrow one from a friend, or I will have a few available to borrow on a first come basis on the day.
But the new fun doesn't end there. This year the Bab-It-Up will NOT be a one disc challenge! That's right, you will have 2 options out there to take on the course at Creekside. Every player will receive a brand new Above Ground Level Discs Koa putter as part of their player pack, and that disc will also be legal to be used in tournament play. This disc is from the new lineup at AGL, manufactured by Innova Champion Discs, right here in California.
This year we are also pushing the date back because this time the tournament has a special cause connected to it. This event will be a charity fundraiser in support of the Brentwood Veterans Memorial Building, which is celebrating it's 100th anniversary of supporting local area Veterans in 2025.
Remember, this is a fun, general entry, all levels welcome, trophy only event. All proceeds from entries, after player pack and setup costs, will be going directly to our charity donation. I will not be taking a TD fee and I plan for there to be opportunities to increase our fundraising through donations and raffle ticket sales. More to come as we get closer to the event.
If you or an organization you know of would like to help by providing player pack items, raffle/ctp/etc. prizes, or matching/additional donations, please reach out to me through the "contact TD" link in dgscene.
