The Eastern Shore Freedom Tour

This is our Inaugural Off Course Disc Golf Tournament, a two round invitation only event on two awesome private disc golf courses in Easton, Maryland. Registration fee will be $35 to play. Players Pack will include a disc and an Off Course tee shirt.

50% of the proceeds from registration fees and all donations will go towards fighting human trafficking. While it’s a tough subject to talk about, we believe this is one of the most important issues to combat in the world right now and we’d like to do our part to help. After much research, we’ve chosen The Human Trafficking Institute as our primary organization. You can find out more about them and what they do at https://traffickinginstitute.org/

The first round will take place on The Farm at Vitos located at 9202 Goldsborough Neck Rd. We’ll start off with breakfast on the Blackstone from 8:30am-9 during check-in. Players meeting at 9:05 sharp. Tee times will be staggered starting at 9:15. Once finished with your round, scorecards are to be turned in to Matt or Sean for review. Standard PDGA Scoring rules will apply. Two scorekeepers are to be used per card. Scores can be submitted either physically or digitally via the Udisc or TJang TD app. Once your groups scores are verified and turned in you can proceed to the next location for round 2. Scores should be turned in no later than 12pm to give enough time to get to the second location and check in.

Round two will take place at the Calhoon M.E.B.A. Engineering School aka CMES at 27050 St Michaels Rd, Easton, MD 21601. Second round check in will be from 12:30- 1:00. Cards will be staggered again with the same groups as the first round to keep things moving. We will have a quick players meeting at 1:05, with the second round tee time starting at 1:10. Once finished with round two, scores are to be verified and turned in to Matt or Sean. Again Standard PDGA Scoring rules will apply. Two scorekeepers are to be used per card. Scores can be submitted either physically or digitally via the Udisc or TJang TD app. We will have scorecards and pencils for anyone that needs them.

Be sure to stick around for the award ceremony. Winners of the CMES Day will go on the cup. We will do payouts for the top 3 spots of both divisions. We have some mini-games with prizes. The Bar will be open, NFL games will be on the TV. Join us for some good times!

This is an invitation only amateur style event. We’ve decided to keep it small for this one, we’re limiting the players to 28 people. Blue Division – Intermediate to Advanced players that have played or are ready to play in disc golf competitions and play consistently (recommended for under 970 rated players)

Green Division – Novice to Recreational Players that may be new to disc golf competitions, but love the game and want to get better (recommended for under 850 rated players)

Off Course LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be given in full if requested at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event. If not either a partial refund or no refund will be given.
