Refund policy
Disc Fam Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
This event follows PDGA refund guidelines.
• Players who withdraw 15 days or more before the event start date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.
• Players who withdraw 14–11 days before the event will receive a 50% refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.
• No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event for any reason.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. Processing fees charged by Disc Golf Scene or payment processors are non-refundable.
If a waitlist is in place and your spot is filled, refunds will still follow the timeline above.
