    Check-In and Player Pack Pick-up. Tournament Central will be held in the lower room of the Horticultural Centre, across the road from the course.

    Players Meeting

    9:30am - 12:00pm

    Round One - Shot Gun Start. All divisions except Juniors. Junior information will be communicated directly to the participant..

    12:00pm - 1:15pm

    Lunch is not provided. There are numerous options in the local area. Also plenty of green space and tables if you wish to bring your lunch to the course.

    1:30pm - 4:30pm

    Round Two - Shot Gun Start - All divisions. Junior information will be provided directly to the participant.

    5:00pm - 9:00pm

    Players Meet & Greet Party

    Bankview Community Hall - 2418 - 17 Street, SW, Calgary, AB

    Everyone welcome including spouses, partners and kids.
    We will have snacks and drinks. Cold Garden will be selling alcohol drinks.
    Street parking located in and around the neighborhood.

    Games to win prizes.
    We will be drawing all draw prizes this night. Players will get an extra ticket in the draw for attending.
    CTP (closest to the pottery) awards.

UPDATE on Jerseys - Initial order has been placed July 25th. We will try for a second run on the jersey’s if we get enough purchased. If not, anyone that ordered one after July 25 will have their funds returned.

The Crush is not just a weekend of competition! This tournament was created for women of all skill levels and Calgary is proud to be the host city for the 3rd Annual Crush. It is meant to celebrate our fierceness on and off the course, encourage & support one another while strengthening friendships & developing connections. All of this, while vying for a title in their chosen division. It's a weekend that you won't want to miss.

This is a 2 Day, 3 Round Tournament held at the Currie Reservoir Disc Golf Course:

2 round Saturday
1 round Sunday
Juniors 12 and under will only play 1 round each day.

As a Pro B / AM C event, all pro players must have a PDGA membership to participate. All others will not need to be a PDGA member and the PDGA has agreed to waive the $10.00 fee to the tournament to help encourage women to sign up and experience tournament play.

Players party will be held after the second round on Saturday. We promise an evening of fun and friendship and maybe a few surprises. Spouses, +1’s and children are welcome. Sorry no dogs.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The Crush is a Trophy Only Tournament for amateur divisions.
There is $1000 in added cash for pro divisions.
Your registration cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
ID will be required at check-in to receive your player's pack.
There will be no collapsing of divisions.
There is a washroom available onsite on the lower level of the Horticultural Building for the duration of the tournament.

Pass-Through Fees INCLUDED in registration for each player are as follows:
$2 weekend green/event fees
$3 player fee to the PDGA

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Players MUST email their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament.

Withdraw prior to July 17th
Pro Players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Amateur players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Withdrawals July 18th - Aug 2nd
Pros will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, they will receive a 50% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Amateur players will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, they will receive a 50% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Withdrawal Aug 3rd - Aug 16th
Any player that withdraws in this time period will receive a full cash red minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filed, you will receive a 25% cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Waitlist players who do not make it into the tournament WILL NOT have their fee of $10 refunded.

Any player who fails to officially withdraw, WILL NOT received a refund or Player's Pack. Any player who does not show up the day of the event will be considered a NO SHOW and will receive NO refund of Player's Pack.

PDGA DIGITAL SCORECARD
We will be using PDGA digital scorecards for this event.
The access code will be given during check-in at the event.
