Registration opens. All players must check in at tournament central located at Stable shelter. Ams will receive player packages at this time.

Mandatory players meeting at tournament central.

Round one begins. Shotgun start.
12:15pm
TIME IS APPROXIMATE. Lunch begins as soon as the last card from the first round is finalized. Round two will begin 60 minutes after the completion of the first round. Official start time for the second round will be announced at tournament central.
1:15pm
TIME IS APPROXIMATE. Round two begins. Shotgun start. Hole assignments will be posted on the event page at pdga.com and on the PDGA live scoring app.
4:20pm
TIME IS APPROXIMATE. Awards ceremony begins. Professional and amateur players will receive their trophies and payout at this time. The awards ceremony will take place at the Black Maple Shelter prior to the start of the celebration. You may leave your car and take the short walk across the spillway or drive out of the park and enter through the main gate, but you will have to pay the entry fee and the parking lot is no closer to where you'll already be.
5:00pm
Fly mart, food trucks, Goshen Brewing Company beer tent and disc golf games open at Black Maple shelter.
6:00pm
Free concert by The Erly begins at Black Maple shelter. The band will be playing a three-hour Grateful Dead set during the festivities.
9:00pm
Event concludes. Please exit the park promptly. Thank you for coming.

ABOUT
The Classic at Ox Bow is the second event of Elkhart County's Biggest Disc Golf Weekend.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
No cashless registration. All players must pre-register before 8 p.m EDT on the day before the event, August 8, 2025.

PLAYER PACKAGES
All amateur players will receive a custom stamped Innova DX disc and stock mini in their player package at check-in. Only the first 96 registered players are guaranteed a custom player pack. Other registrants will receive a disc golf related item of equal value.
DIVISIONS
The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of less than three players. The TD will also open a requested division with a minimum of three players.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.
LAYOUTS
Long tees - MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2 (round 1)
Short tees - All other divisions, MA2 (round 2)
SIDE GAMES
CTPs on every hole. Prizes for every division.
Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
SCORING
All players must keep score. Digital is preferred. We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.

PAYOUT
Pros: 100% cash payout. Trophy for first place in each division.
Amateurs: Top 45% in all divisions paid out. Trophies for the top three in each division with at least three participants.

Refund policy
Players must email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
