This will be a 1 round charity event with proceeds going to the Concussion Legacy Foundation(CLF) Presented by Black Zombie Disc Golf and sponsored by Play It Again Sports-Cuyahoga Falls!
The Concussion Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that researches Concussion related long term effects and conditions.

We will play the 27 hole layout(main 18 + A-I)

There will be no players pack for this event but I will be sure to have ctps for the round. Infectious Disc Golf shirts are available for preorder on Www.infectiousdiscgolf.com and will be available for pickup by the event!

There will be raffle tickets for sale at check-in as well. 1 for $2 or 6 for $10. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the charity as well!

$5 ace pot day of(if no ace throw off for 50% with remaining 50% going to CLF)

Infectious Disc Golf shirts are available for purchase with your event registration. $3 from every shirt sold will be added to the charity donation!

Payouts will be gift cards to Play It Again Sports-Cuyahoga Falls.

Infectious Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Registration closes on April 21st at 12:00pm. Any drops after registration closes will receive a 50% refund minus any fees. No shows day off will not receive a refund.
