About this tournament

Get ready Grande Prairie!

The 2026 Canadian Nationals Disc Golf Championship is happening July 24–26, 2026. Our team is proud to be hosting one of the biggest disc golf events in Canada.

We are expecting a minimum of 350+ competitors from across Canada and beyond, all ready to take on Grande Prairie’s three high level disc golf courses:
Co-op Community Course
South Bear Creek
* Thrill Hill
All three courses were designed by our top local talent and have grown since their construction into fantastic venues to challenge all levels of players. With a mix of open fairways, technical treed lines, and elevation changes, these courses will challenge the best of the best.

This three-day championship will feature top-level competition, filmed YouTube coverage of lead card, engaging side events, and exciting activities for players, spectators, families, and volunteers. Whether you’re deeply involved in disc golf or simply curious about the sport, there will be plenty to enjoy throughout the weekend.

Pass through fees will be $25 broken down as follows:
$5 - PDGA
$5 - On site facilities
$5 / course x 3 courses = $15 - Maintenance & Improvement costs

$1 per player will also be paid to CanDiscGolf as part of the sanctioning agreement.
