The Cactus Clash “Presented by Innova”

Welcome to “The Cactus Clash”. This will be a B-Tier tournament @ Vista Del Camino Disc Golf Course. This will be a 2 day, 3 round event. Round 1 will be the normal Vista layout throwing to the short positions. Round 2 will be the normal Vista layout as well throwing to the long positions. Both round 1 & 2 will be played Saturday. Sunday’s round will be one XL Vista Layout. A few holes on each round will be different than what everyone is used to.

Ace Pot-

75% of the ace pot $ will be for all divisions that hit an ace on any hole on any round. The other 25% of the ace pot will be used for $CASH CTP$. Cash CTP will be available for all divisions on a couple of holes. If more than one ace is hit it will be split evenly. If no ace is hit, the ace pot will be evenly split in half and we will do two CTPs for the money. Both cash CTP and ace pot are for those who bought in for the acepot. Disc CTPs for both men and women for all rounds. Raffle will include a brand new Innova basket, premium discs, Innova t shirts, disc golf bags & more to be added. Raffle tickets available for purchase at tournament central for $1 a ticket.

Lunch/break will have a burger and hotdog provided for all players attending the event, along with soda and water. Live music a possibility while on break.

Tee-sign sponsorship available at $30 a hole which will be used all 3 rounds. Your choice of logo, color or no color. Message the TD through Facebook or discgolfscene.

Live scoring will be used for all 3 rounds. Live scoring password will be sent out via email. Player hole assignment and scores will be posted on the PDGA website. All rounds will be shotgun start with round 2 starting an hour and a half after the last card is turned in from the first round.

Registration fee includes PDGA fees, course fees, players pack & BBQ lunch.

Divisions must have more than 3 players. Players in a division with less than 3 players will be moved up to a higher division.

Tournament Central will be located @ the Ramada near original hole one on East Roosevelt Street. Canopy shade and coolers full of ice cold water will be available every 3-4 holes for all players. It will be a hot summer day so please stay hydrated.

Alcohol and smoking is NOT permitted during play. Players who are caught in the act will be disqualified on the spot!

We will adhere to all state safety guideline as it pertains to slowing the spread of COVID-19. Please help us in your efforts! Please do not come if you are feeling sick. Please do not touch anyone else equipment.

PDGA membership is not required to enter the event. Non-current PDGA members will be required to pay a $10 fee in addition to registration to play.
