Welcome to the 6th Annual Brooktrails Open!

In past years, this event has been an A or B tier. We have decided to make this a C-tier event this year so that our event staff can participate in the event. We remain committed to producing a top tier event for our players with $5,000 added cash!

A-tier payout minimum will be met with pro payouts and am players packs.
100% payout of Net Entry Fees plus min. of $3000 Cash Added to Pro Purse (across all Pro divs) will apply.
110% payout of Net Entry Fees to Amateur purse (prizes + player packs) will apply.

3 rounds of 21 holes on the beautiful Brooktrails Golf Course and Ohl Grove Redwood Park.
Tee times beginning at 7:30am day 1. If we have ample day light time, tee times may move back to 8am on day 2 & 3.

HOTELS -- We want to thank Creekside Inn and Suites and WoodRose Hotel for sponsoring our event this year! Please show your support and book a room with them if you are considering a hotel for the weekend. In 2024, Creekside Inn and Suite was voted best hotel in willits by our players according to 64 responses on our feedback form.

FOOD -- We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Flying Dog Pizza and Karkar Deli for supporting our event! Flying Dog Pizza offers wood fired pizza, salads from local farms, beer on tap, kombucha and more! Karkar deli is located minutes away from the Brooktrails Golf Course and offers a wide selection of breakfast and lunch deli options!

DRINKS -- After a nice pizza dinner at Flying Dog, head across the street to Shanchie Pub to enjoy live music, beer on tap, wine, tea and more!

SMOKES -- Enjoy the Emerald Triangles finest herbs through the iconic ProtoPipe! Emerald Spirit Botanicals will offer samples of their 10x California State Fair Gold Medal flower!

ADVENTURES -- We want to thank The Skunk Train for sponsoring our event this year! The skunk train offers a 2 hour train ride through the beautiful Willits countryside and forest land. Stop off at an historic logging camp while you enjoy refreshments and maybe even some putting games (TBD).

Ams will receive fat players pack and trophy only.

There is a significant amount of funding that goes into making these events possible and last minute refund requests make the process very complicated and may result in losses to the club and tournament director. In order to protect the organizers from taking a significant loss, the following refund schedule will be enforced:

Refunds requested 30+ days prior to event will get full refund
Refunds requested 30-15 days prior to event will be refunded 75% of entry unless a waitlisted player can cover spot
Refunds requested 15-5 days prior to event will be refunded 50% of entry unless a waitlisted player can cover spot
Refunds requested less than 5 days prior to event will not be refunded unless a waitlisted player can cover spot

Basket Beaters Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
