Refund policy

Roanoke Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players must use DGS to request refunds, or if they have issues requesting a refund the player must email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Directors only at the contact information posted for the tournament.

Players who officially request to withdraw before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee).
15 days before the start of the event you may choose, if you’re an Am player, to receive your players pack instead of a refund.
