The Amazing Race on Black Friday, Driven by Innova
Non-sanctioned 3 round, 1 day disc golf event. Join us for an adventure on Black Friday. We will play one round at three different courses in a one day disc golf tournament. When registering for the event, pick one of three locations to start with a card of 4. When finished, travel and meet your card again at the next course. Finally, travel to the last course on your list and play your last round. Then turn in your score cards as the location identified on the card.
Cards need to be 3-5 in size. We would like you to build your own cards, however if you are struggling to build a card, use the Facebook event page to reach out to others and build a card with others looking for someone as well.
Dabney Disc Golf course, 18 hole course in Troutdale OR. Play one round, starting at hole 1. Play each hole one time for a total of 18 holes.
Rockwood Disc Golf Couse, 9 holes in Gresham OR. Play one round starting at hole 1. Play each hole twice at the same time. For example, on hole 1 throw two drives, and play them at both until holing out. Play each hole twice at the same time for a total 18 holes.
The Confluence, 12 holes in Troutdale OR. Play one round starting at hole 1. Play each hole one at a time for a total of 12 holes.
After three rounds are complete, go to the designated finish line and turn in your card as a team.
4 divisions, Pro and AM, Men’s and Women’s divisions.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place or 50% of the division, what ever is less.
Pro $50 entry fee: All Pros will receive a custom event hoodie $60 value with sponsor logos and will compete for Pro purse with a $25 contribution per person. $0 added cash
AMs $50 entry fee: All AMs will receive a custom event hoodie $60 value with sponsors and will also receive an Innova players pack with a cotton t-shirt, premium disc, hat, towel, and more, $70 value.
The intent of this event is to be a fun challenge to do something a little different, and avoid the shopping of a Black Friday.
