Grand Rapids Disc Golfers United is proud to once again host the 7th Annual Johnson Park Championship Presented by Discraft.
The Johnson Park Championship is contested on the "Championship" 19 hole layout. This allows us to have a maximum field of 76 players.
Players still on the waitlist at the close of registration will receive a full refund. Any player who withdraws after the close of registration is eligible for their player package (Amateur divisions only) but will not receive a refund and their spot will not be filled.
Amateur divisions will have 100% payouts from Great Lakes Disc via their online gift certificate system. Pro divisions will play for $250 Added Cash + 100% payouts, distributed proportionately amongst all pro divisions. All "cash" payouts, including pro payouts, the Ace Pool and 50/50 CTP will be done via PayPal. It is the player's responsibility to inform the Tournament Director of their payment information prior to leaving the course at the end of the day.
We are encouraging all player's who would normally play in FP or FA divisions to participate in the Ladies In Red MWS event at Brewer Park that will be occurring at the same time as the Johnson Park Championship. We will not be offering any FP, FA or FJ divisions this year. Good luck to our friends running Ladies In Red!
