About this tournament

This is a one day, 2-round B-Tier tournament with Shotgun start. It is set in the scenic Rio Grande Valley in the beautiful city of McAllen Texas. It will be played on the iconic Green Jay Disc Golf course located at 3800 S. Ware Rd.
There will be a virtual player's meeting sent to all participants on Friday evening with OB rules, a map of the course and assigned tee boxes for the start.
There will be virtual scoring using the PDGA app, instructions on how to use it will be in the virtual player's meeting info (please read all information) and a virtual check in for Open players as well as a drive through player's pack pick up for all Ams.
Please be at your assigned tee boxes for the morning round 10 minutes prior to tee time.
There will be an hour break between rounds.
There will be a ring of fire, an awards ceremony and raffle after the second round has concluded.
**Please bring unmarked plastic and other items to donate for the Ring of Fire and the raffle. 1/2 of the proceeds from the raffle will be given to RGVDGC for course repairs and improvements.**
Please practice social distancing protocol. Please try to stay more than 6 feet from any person and if you can't, please wear a mask. There will be hand sanitizer available for all.
Tournament fees will be broken down in this manner.
For Open, $3.00 to PDGA, $5.00 Ace Pot (if Ace is not hit, we'll have a CTP to pay 3 closest.), $2.00 Admin Fee, $70.00 to payout.
For Ams, $3.00 to PDGA, $5.00 Ace Pot (if Ace is not hit, we'll have a CTP to pay 3 closest.), $32.00 Player's Pack, $30.00 to payout for all advanced and $20.00 to payout for all other Ams..

BATADGA is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be less paypal fees, as they are non-refundable.
