About this tournament
2 rounds of play
2 rounds of best shot doubles on 2 different layouts. First round layout will be all Yellow baskets, second round will be all Red baskets.
This year we are going to do trophy only event for both AMs and Pros with no player pack. After fees, insurance, pavilion costs, and player's packs, all other funds will be donated to the Humane Society of Lebanon County.
Financial breakdown for the event is as follows:
-$2 deduction per player for PDGA player sanctioning
-$1 deduction per player for pavilion rental and event insurance COI
-$1 deduction per player for division trophies
-$25 per player donated directly to Humane Society of Lebanon County
A raffle will also take place for the day with some big TBD prizes that will have been donated by the club and local businesses. Raffle tickets can be earned or bought. Raffle tickets can be earned by bringing in goods needed by the humane society like dog and cat food, cat litter, and more. The Humane Society website has a list of goods available that there is always a need for. Raffle tickets will be handed out by the amount of pounds of goods you donate, and yes we will have a scale on hand. I ask every player attending the event to bring at least one new or barely used disc to donate to the raffle. Every disc brought in to the raffle will earn you 5 tickets. Raffle tickets can also be bought and will cost $1 each, with an arm's length costing $10, and a whole wingspan costing $20. All proceeds from this raffle will be donated directly to the Humane Society.
