Some things to note before playing:
- Use PDGA Live scoring with code jco25 (everyone must keep score)
- Make note of the OB and Hazard areas on holes 1, 4, 5, 9, 18 (holes 4 and 18 have optional drop zones)
- For Long Tees, make note of the Mandos on holes 2, 13
- Make note of CTP holes RAG & MA4 on 18 -- MA3 & MA50 on 3 -- MA2 & MA40 & MA1 on 1
- Bathrooms are located in the building by the teepads for hole 5
- There is a concession stand in the ball field area that you are welcome to use

A quick note on trophies. We ordered trophies based on registration 14 days before the date of the event as required by the PDGA. We didn't want to over order trophies since they are rather expensive. We have a first place trophies for all am divisions. We also have second place trophies for all divisions except MA1 and MA40.


PARKING

You will park in the large parking lot between the baseball and football fields. Tournament Central will be under a car port by the gate.


SUMMARY

We are finalizing some plans right now, but we expect to include a temp hole or two depending on the registration numbers.

This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play

This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon!

PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT

You may opt out of the player's pack (you will still be entered in the CTP and play for a trophy)- you're basically selling your player's pack back to the club for $20 - This will save $20 per player - Simply select the "No Player's Pack" option at checkout.

MPO and FPO divisions will play for 100% payout after the per player PDGA fee.

This is a True Amateur event.

Player's Packs for Amateurs: $50 value per person
-- 1 base putter from a selection
-- 2 premium plastic discs from a selection which includes putters, mids, fairways, and distance drivers from Dynamic Discs, Westside Discs, and Discmania
-- 1 Dynamic Discs Towel
-- Entry in the CTPs which includes mugs, retrievers, stools, and an umbrella.
--Trophies for the winners (see below)

Trophies will be ordered based on registration 14 days before the event,
One player: no trophy required.
2-4 players: 1st place only.
5-12 players: 1st and 2nd place.
13+ players: 1st through 3rd place.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Need at least 4 players per division (unless it is defined as underserved) - If you would like a division that is not available, please let me know. Divisions will be final 14 days prior to the tournament. I will trim divisions that are not full at that point. Exceptions may be made depending on which divisions have players and which layouts they are playing.

Please note that players who play MPO or FPO and accept cash will have their status set as professional in the PDGA system.

I can honor requests to play with another player who is in the same division as you during the first round only. Second round assignments are based on first round score.


LAYOUTS

There are two layouts at the course, long and short pads. Players will play from one of the two based on their division as listed below.

MPO, MA1, MA2, MA40 - Long tees
All other divisions - Short Tees


FUNDING

This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I personally, as a tournament director, make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization.

AM value
--$3 per player PDGA fee
--$3 per player TD fee (donated directly to the Club)
--$50 per player to player's pack
--$4 per player for CTP's
--Total provided value is $60 at the minimum

Pro Value
--100% of pro entry fee will be paid out as cash after the $3 per player PDGA fee

REFUNDS

The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.

Hole/Tournament Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed.

Jackson County DGC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
