About this tournament

The Crew Cup is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. This is a charity event so it is an XC-Tier tournament and all proceeds after payout will go towards a local youth center, The Crew. Two rounds of 18 at The Woodland Trail in Kendallville, IN for some divisions and two rounds of 18 at Bixler Lake Park for the other divisions (see below). PRO and AM Event!

COURSE INFO
The Woodland Trail will have one set of concrete pads before the tournament. We have installed permanent baskets on the course and are all out there except two. We understand the course needs some clean up and will be working on that in August! It is a lot of work so we appreciate your patience with that! Bixler Lake Park will use the current current baskets out there and will have the tee pad areas marked out in August. We hope to have permanent pads on this course as well.

RATINGS/REGISTRATION
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your September rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.

If you are not rated, please read the descriptions of the divisions here https://www.pdga.com/divisions and register for the division that best describes you.

Pool A will play Woodland Trail (All divisions will play white tee pads)... Pool B will play Bixler Lake Park (All divisions will play same teepads)
Pool A: MPO, FPO, MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, MA3, FA1
Pool B: MA60, MA4, FA3, MJ18

You will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.

Each card will have two people enter live scores to prevent user error.

PAYOUTS
Top 45% of the field will be paid out in each division per PDGA guidelines.

Michiana Pro Shop will be on site for disc purchases and all AM payouts will be handled through them.

Once we see how many are in each division, we will pay out accordingly.

Hitchin Kitchen Food Truck will be at the event to serve lunch!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration opens July 25th at 7:00PM EST
I am currently planning on 72 players on an 18-hole layout per course. 72 on Woodland Trail. 72 on Bixler Lake Park. That allows for up to 144 players.

PLAYER PACKS:
- Event themed towel (11x18)
- Raffle Ticket towards a prize table- Zuca Carts, basket, coolers, etc.
- $5 to Infinite Discs Store
- $4 to Lucky Discs Store

Players may register for a division that is full and will be put on the waitlist to fill available spots as they open. Check back periodically for updates in the event comments section.

PLAN AHEAD
Players should expect to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round. Your hole assignment will be posted the night before the tournament on the PDGA event page.

Refund policy

The Crew Youth Center is responsible for refunds. We will follow the PDGA guidelines:

- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund
- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund if their spot is filled via waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive 50% of the entry refund
- Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled via the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, player will receive 25% of the entry refund
- Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.
