Tournament refund / cancellation policy ＊大会申し込み締め切り前に、参加の辞退を正式に申し出たプレーヤーには、参加費から振込手数料を差し引いた金額を返金します。 ＊大会申し込み締め切り以後の辞退については、参加費の返金は行いません。 プレーヤーが受け取る予定だったプレーヤーズパック（昼食を除く）は後日送付いたします。 なお、昼食代はエントリー費に含まれており、昼食の有無にかかわらず返金はいたしません。 また、昼食申込フォームに未回答の場合は、運営側で昼食内容を決定いたします。 Players who officially withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a refund of the entry fee minus the bank transfer fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Players who withdraw will receive their players pack (excluding meals) at a later date. Lunch is included in the entry fee and is non-refundable, regardless of whether it is consumed. If no lunch selection is submitted, meals will be assigned by the organizer.
