Hey Everyone!

You've reached the registration page for the 2021 February Fling. We are so excited to have you for our first event (unsanctioned) of the 2021 season! For our first tournament of the year we hope to keep things a bit more casual and fun while keeping everyone safe. We will run 5 separate events beginning at 11am and running until 5pm.

Your registration entitles you to participate in 1 tournament round on February 14th 2021, 1 Single or Family CDGC membership for the year, a chance to win some awesome giveaways and a few other amazing benefits to be confirmed.

If you are playing doubles please put your partner name in the notes as it will help me identify who you are playing with. 1 Doubles registration = $45 for 2 people

You may register as an individual or as a doubles team. If you are a Single who wishes to play doubles, please sign up under the SD code (Singles player in doubles division). We will find you a partner and group to play with! Each fee will come with either a Singles CDGC membership for the year or a Family CDGC membership for the year. If you sign up as a family you will allowed to include up to 3 children as part of your membership package. This will give you access to many amazing benefits, tournaments and other events we hope to host throughout the year.

Current Members you will be receiving a discount code before you sign up. Please check your emails for the code! For singles you will be paying $10 and for Doubles as a team you will be paying $20 for a team or $10 individually. If you have not received your code please contact the admin and we will fix it!

At this difficult time, we are working diligently to keep your safety and the safety of the community as a whole a top priority. Please follow the rules outlined as strictly as possible to help us make your tournament a success!

We intend on enforcing these rules with volunteers and conveners to keep everyone safe and happy! Please be aware that we may also be subject to cancellation due to COVID-19 and refunds will be processed accordingly.

You will be assigned a start time and hole the day before the tournament and further instructions will be given at the time re: scoring procedures. Registering as a couple will ensure you get to play together. If you have an issue please send me a note! The Shotgun start times will be as follows:

11am - Singles Division #1 Start
12:15pm - Doubles Division #1 Start
1:30pm - Singles Division #2 Start
2:45pm - Doubles Division #2 Start
4pm - Singles Division #3 Start

Please do not gather in large groups but instead head straight to your assigned hole at your assigned time. A horn blast will indicate the beginning of the round. Please finish your round promptly as you have been assigned approximately an hour in which to do so! (Don't rush your putts and miss left constantly like I do. You know what I mean ;) )

For those super keen we will be using Udisc Live to track scores in real time!
