Event Name: The 11th Annual Johnson Park Championship presented by Discraft
Date and Time: Check in begins May 23rd at 8am. First round tee time of 9:00 am.
Location: Johnson Park 3999 Butterworth St SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534
Registration Details: Registration opens at 6pm on January 16th and closes on May 22nd at 6pm. Once registration closes all players on the waitlist will be refunded and no new players will be permitted.
Withdrawals: All refunds will be assessed a $10 handling fee. Withdrawals and Refunds will be handled according to the PDGA rules. See rules in this link https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Player’s Pack: All amateur divisions will receive a custom stamped Discraft disc.
Format: This is a two round, singles, stroke play event utilizing shotgun starts for each round. This event is sanctioned by the PDGA as a C-Tier Pro/Am event.
Course Information: All divisions will be playing the 19 Hole Johnson Park Championship Layout.
Additional info: This is an MDGO Bronze Level Featured Event. We are also awarding our 6 remaining club berths for a total of 12 berths to award for the Michigan Amateur State Championship. There will be an optional $5 50/50 CTP prize and $5 Ace Pool at registration. The player with the best overall score will be crowned the Johnson Park Champion.
We’re thrilled to announce that the amateur payouts for this event are proudly provided by Great Lakes Discs! Pro division payouts will be sent out via Paypal within two business day of the completion of the event. All amateur division payouts will be sent digitally via email by the end of the day Monday and can be claimed at www.greatlakesdisc.com or in-store. Thank you again for your support!
